Most people find the holidays a weight challenge given the abundance of wonderful foods! Try adding a few extra “steps” to your daily holiday schedule such as always seeking a parking space in the back of the parking lot. Make parking in the back a habit at the malls, grocery stores, and even parking decks. Adding additional brisk steps to your daily holiday routine takes little time but burns some additional calories daily which adds up. Make the most of it by keeping a brisk pace.
