New segment being added to website next week

I will be adding a new segment to the website LyndaLeeSmith.net called “Dining with Lynda”. I will take the reader on a trip to McDonald’s with my family to eat healthy! This segment will correlate to the chapters in the book that discuss substitution and also making healthy food choices no matter where you are dining. McDonald’s is first and then I will be continually adding new restaurants to the list including Mexican, Italian, and all other types of food. Stay tuned!
