Author: My book “Playing the hand you were dealt and achieving the body you were meant to have!” will be available in the next month from the publisher. It is the first in a series of four that will be released over the next two-three years. This first book focuses on the mental aspects of gaining control over your own health and quality of life. It is in the final stages of the publishing process and will be available soon.
