Consistency is the Key

It is now February so I am checking in with all the folks who made 2010 New Year’s Resolutions to get healthier! How is it going? Did you choose a couple of simple target goals? Remember, keep it realistic with your life constraints. Choose a couple things to change and then BE CONSISTENT! Even if you are just dropping some foods from your diet or adding some simple physical activities – CONSISTENCY IS KEY!
