“Just finished your book and I have to tell you that your little book is big on inspiring content. If anyone contemplates on the 3 questions on page 14 and answers in the affirmative, then the next honest question would have to be. What am I going to do about this realization?

Well your passionate lifetime quest for knowledge on this subject has yielded simple answers to hard questions. Your style is honest and forthright. Many books have been written on this subject, and are laden with agendas and self serving motives. You have won hearts and minds with this work, by sharing yours.”

Most people find the holidays a weight challenge given the abundance of wonderful foods! Try adding a few extra “steps” to your daily holiday schedule such as always seeking a parking space in the back of the parking lot. Make parking in the back a habit at the malls, grocery stores, and even parking decks. Adding additional brisk steps to your daily holiday routine takes little time but burns some additional calories daily which adds up. Make the most of it by keeping a brisk pace. This is one of those simple physical activities that can carry over from the holiday season and become the norm! Happy Holidays!

Upcoming book signings this week in Johns Creek, Georgia

I will have extra books on hand if someone needs to purchase one. Even if you don’t, just come by and say hello! Lots of other fun activities going on as well!
